hm..that chin looks weird...makes her look too masculine
also, the neck line is too straight and rugged..i would have gone for a more fine one
and plus...the eye looks very platonic here...you could have made a bit of a reflection in it...a bit more lighted, not just plain dark
hope this doesnt get you down, you made the left part of the hair very well(i like those subtle reflexions on the top) and the space between here eyes, contracted

i kinda halfassed it but i left the eye flat on purpose.

Nice to see a portrait showing some emotion! I agrre about theyes, the whites could use a bit of variation towards the corners, but that is my opinion. Nice look to it though.

always consider that there are shadows "under" the hair. elseways the hair will look very flat and glued to the skin.. +8
